We respect your privacy and are dedicated to keeping your information as a tenant, client or prospect completely confidential.  We do not sell data to anyone like large corporations do!

We do not share any tenant, client or prospect information with anyone, unless it is authorized by them in writing.

If you have consented to receiving text messages from us, we may text you directly and individually.  We do not send mass text messages under any circumstances, nor use texting as a means of mass marketing.  We will not share your phone number or texting information with any third parties under any circumstances.  You have the option to opt out of receiving text messages from us by texting back STOP.  Our text messages will always state that they are from Ammigee Management.  A sample text message could read:  "This is Ammigee Management notifying you of your upcoming rent due date on the 1st of the month."  Your phone number will never be provided to anyone else for texting for marketing purposes or otherwise.  Your privacy with us is protected against third parties accessing your information unless you authorize us to share limited information for tenancy verification purposes.  This authorization has to be in writing.

Our Terms of Service are as follows:

1) All rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late at 5:00 PM on the 3rd day of the month.

2) Unpaid rent is subject to a 5% late fee in line with a tenant's rental agreement.

3) We reserve the right to use any and all tenant information to collect unpaid rent and fees in line with a tenant's rental agreement.

4) Application fees for tenancy applications are not refundable and dishonored payments are subject to collection assessments ranging from $35 to $80.07 and referral to an outside collection agency for collection.

5) We do not share tenant information with third parties.  If you are requesting information about a current or former tenant, you must present us with a signed written authorization from that tenant in order to be provided relevant information about tenancy.
